Meet Upasaka Upali
My name is Upali, and I’m a meditation and Dharma teacher rooted in a Buddhist lineage. I guide practitioners both online and in-person, including residential retreats across North America and Europe.
My approach supports students in "getting good at feeling good"—cultivating practical, transformative benefits that integrate into daily life.
The Buddha’s teaching points to Dukkha (stress, dissatisfaction) and the possibility of its cessation. The opposite is equally true: there is Sukkha (joy, well-being), and it can be cultivated and expanded. My Dharma is the Dharma of joy—and its proliferation.
I work with practitioners individually and collectively through one-on-one guidance, small group sessions, and residential meditation retreats. You’ll find these offerings here on my website, along with additional resources such as articles and guided meditations. You can also read more about my teaching background below.
