You can start and finish as early or late with the schedule as you’d like.  The schedule isn’t 100% required, moreso a guide for how to practice and participate in the retreat. Noble Noise is an optional daily group interview. It’s a way to have peer to peer interaction, share your practice, and learn from other practitioners on the retreat with you. Each session is facilitated by Upali.
