You may start and finish each full day at times that work with your sleep schedule (ex. First meditation at 7:45am instead of 6:30am). Please enter the Dharma Hall 2 to 3 minutes before seated meditation begins, and do not enter after the bell rings. You can come and go from the Dharma Hall anytime during walking meditation (but not seated). You can start practice earlier than listed on the schedule and continue practice later if you like.  Dharma talks are recommended but not required.

Daily office hours

One-on-one sessions with Upali and Tucker offer space to explore your practice, integrate insights, and deepen meditation practice. The interview schedule will be shared at the start of the retreat.

Daily noble noise

Noble Noise is an optional daily group interview. It’s a way to have peer to peer interaction, share your practice, and learn from other practitioners on the retreat with you. Each session is facilitated by Upali.
