You can start and finish as early or late with the schedule as you’d like.  The schedule isn’t 100% required, moreso a guide for how to practice and participate in the retreat. Additional Activities

Daily sauna hours

Sauna will be available as a quiet and nourishing space to relax in between sessions. Sauna hours will be available and posted closer to the start of the retreat.

Daily office hours

One-on-one sessions with Upali and Tucker offer space to explore your practice, integrate insights, and deepen meditation practice. The interview schedule will be shared at the start of the retreat.

Daily noble noise

Noble Noise is an optional daily group interview. It’s a way to have peer to peer interaction, share your practice, and learn from other practitioners on the retreat with you. Each session is facilitated by Upali.
